Assam Science and Technology University Library

The following categories of members are become the library membership of Central Library, Assam Science and Technology University:

1. All Faculty Members of Assam Science and Technology University.
2. All Students / Research Scholars of Assam Science and Technology University.
3. All Staff/Project Staff/ Post Doctoral Fellow of Assam Science and Technology University

1. Borrowing of Library books restricted to Registered members only.
2. Library identify card is not transferrable.
3. The Assistant Librarian may recall any book from any member at any time and the member shall return the same immediately.
4. Reference books and Periodicals are not issued to the user.

Book is loss or damaged by borrower, borrower will be liable to replace the book with same title or edition with 20 days from date of books loss. If borrower will not be replace book within stipulated time, the borrower will be charged as follows:

1. Two times of the cost of the book, if the book is in print.
2. Three times of the cost of the book, if the book is out of print.

1. Student: 2 Books for 15 days with one time renewal facility
2. Faculties: 3 Books for 60 days with one time renewal facility.
3. Staff/ Project Fellow: 2 Books for 15 days with one time renewal facility.
